If you are interested in group or one to one classes in any area of cake decoration I would be happy to teach you. I can arrange a half day class or a full day tuition to suit your needs. Some weekends are available. Cake demonstrations available at your venue, please email me for detials.

Group classes are for a maximum of 3 people so that I can spend as much time with each person as possible
I can teach flower making, modeling, biscuit making, in fact anything from beginners to advanced. I try to make the day as fun and as interesting as possible and will give lots of useful advice on ways to cut costs and maximise your profit (if you are starting a business). During a typical full day class you will ice and decorate 2 cakes (1 for half day classes) showing two totally different skills that can be adapted to suit any occasion. Plus making and arranging iced flowers. I can adapt any class to fit your needs/skills i.e. if you want to concentrate on biscuits we can spend the whole class doing just that.
You will be able to take all your work home with you.
If you have a project for a special occasion, i.e. you are making a wedding cake, I can work with you so you create something wonderful.
Classes are daily only (no evenings i'm afraid).
All classes require a 50% deposit I will supply the use of all my tools during your class you just need to bring yourself
